Looking for a bag

Hey im looking at a 3 racket bag and I don't really want a bag that has a racket brand since I will probably switch rackets and keep the bag in the future. So I thought I would go with an Adidas bag since I like Adidas and I wear their apparel. My main question is why the huge price difference for the Spring Intense bag compared to the other Adidas bags.

does it really matter if your racket and bag are different brands?
I have wilson rackets and a babolat bag.
I would have liked a wilson bag to match my rackets, I like the wilson rackets and I don't plan on switching to a different brand.
it just so happens that the babolat bag was on offer and cheaper than the wilson equivalent.

Just like you say you would like a matching bag I would like a bag not affiliated with racket brands so if I change racket brands I wont care about my bag being a different racket brand then from what I use.

but even if you do have a babolat bag for example, it doesn't matter what brand of rackets are in the bag.
if you ask me, it's just another thing to worry about.
what bag you put your rackets in or what brand it is doesn't matter, what you do with your rackets really counts.

Dunlop Aerogel 12pk bag is what I've got. Although I just take a couple of sticks with me to the courts, the bag is priceless. Holds 4 sticks on one side, 3 changes of clothes on the other, and anything you could imagine in the middle.

Its just an aesthetic thing. :-?

Sounds fantastic but all I really need is something that can hold two rackets and a pair of clothes along with my hat and sweatband... maybe even a snack or two.

if that's all you are carrying, have you thought about the backpack style bags?
they offer just as much space as normal racket bags.
not to mention that you can carry them on your back if you ride to your local courts.

Ive seen some people with them but they always carry one racket

maybe, but I'm sure you could fit two in.

Probably but im not much of a backpack fan, I will browse them but I like how big the pocket opens up with a normal bag. I like the 3 racket bags but I was wondering about the price difference between two bags.

price difference?
how much do you want to spend on a racket bag is a better question.
my advice would be to find a sports shop and have a look at a few, especially if you are going to be carrying it to your local courts instead of taking it in the car.
those big shoulder pads really make a difference, as do the straps themselves and where they are on the bag.

I have a red and white Under Armour 3-bag that is kind of cool....It's my only bag that isn't racquet related....

I got a Wilson bag from my wife for birthday. A few days before I switched to Dunlop racquets... So I would love to have a Dunlop bag. But it would break my wife's heart if I would buy another bag instead of using her present. She isn't into tennis so much, all she did was looking at my (then used) racquets before ordering a bag from some online store. Have to give her credits for trying to match bag and racquets!

Dilemma...

On topic: that Wilson BLX Supersix bag is really great.

heh. thats real sweet of her. keep the wilson bag! the super six from wilson is great but i dont like the cosmetics

you mentioned in your OP wanting a three racket bag.
my best advice would be to go for a six racket bag at least.
you never know when you will need the extra space for another racket, balls, clothing and other accessories.
you don't want to get a bag that is too small and then need to upgrade to a bigger one later.

i agree, the six pack bags aren't that big and u can definitely use the extra space

my suggestion would be either a backpack or the 6 pack

exactly, everyone needs extra space at some point.
my six racket babolat bag holds my three rackets, my wife's racket, plus several tubes of balls and two towels.

as well as my babolat team six racket bag, I also have a Prince Wimbledon Court Classic Backpack, not sure if they are available outside the UK but they are great for carrying things you don't want to squeeze in to your racket bag.

no worries dude :)
I can verify that it is plenty big enough.
I have four rackets in mine and I still have plenty of room for balls and other accessories.

I used a Wilson 6 sometimes in tournaments. The only reason I don't normally is that I only carry a couple racquets( not a string breaker) and I'm so not a "player" that I hate to give off that vibe when I'm a hack. It';s stupid I know.

Yea theres a kid who I see at clinics and he has all the latest gear and he has what I would guess to be a 12 bag since its really wide, the kids not too great at tennis but heck I may be a little better and I would love the things he has (besides the bag because thats too big and unnecessary).

There's been a big dropoff in quality this year esp from head and babolat. Drastic cost cutting in quality of materials and design.

one question I have thought about recently.
why is there so much choice in the bag world?
they all do pretty much the same thing don't they?
