looking for some good public courts in Orange County, CA

I need to play a 5 set match next weekend in Orange County for an iron man tournament, but neither myself or my opponent have played there before. We would like to find courts that do not get too busy so we can hopefully complete the whole match without getting kicked off the courts by people waiting. If anyone has any ideas in San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, Yorba Linida, Irvine, or really anywhere in OC, I would greatly appreciate it!

Most of the pubic (free) courts fillup early in the morning with seniors, like by 7am. They are more likely to get in the afternoon. The new Yorba Linda HS has 8 courts that many still do not know about and you may get a court there. I think Canyon HS in Anaheim Hills now locks the courts. Many of the other HS from Tustin, Irvine, SC, SJC may also be available, not sure as I played in YL most of the time. I know that many of the HS in Huntington Beach should also be available but many early birds.

Thanks for the ideas, Yorba Linda HS sounds good, although it might be better if we could find something a bit farther south. I actually meant to put down Mission Viejo in the original post, not Yorba Linda. Somehow I always get those 2 cities mixed up!

It seems like Irvine is a good place to play, I have found tons of courts there just from using Google maps satellite view. I see 12 at Irvine HS, 17 (in 2 different locations) at UC Irvine, 8 at Irvine Valley College, 8 at the intersection of Alton Pkwy and Lake Rd, and 4 at Concordia University.

I called the HS and they said they think I should be fine there for the weekend, but said that sometimes people use the courts and didn't really know the schedule. I also talked to the tennis coach at Irvine Valley College and he seemed to think that we would have no problem playing our match on Sunday there, but Saturday would not be good, as they have the courts booked until 2 and no lights.

If anyone else knows of a good court in OC (preferably Irvine or farther south), let me know, thanks.
