Hi,
I had an order placed last week that was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday, but it looks like UPS lost the package. The delivery status says it's been delivered to my address, but I was home the entire day and no one ever rang or knocked the door. My computer is very close to my door, and I am sure that no UPS truck nor deliveryman came by at 6pm.
According to UPS the sender must initiate the lost claims process? Could someone from Tennis Warehouse do this for me?
