Lost Package ?? darn UPS

Hi,

I had an order placed last week that was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday, but it looks like UPS lost the package. The delivery status says it's been delivered to my address, but I was home the entire day and no one ever rang or knocked the door. My computer is very close to my door, and I am sure that no UPS truck nor deliveryman came by at 6pm.

According to UPS the sender must initiate the lost claims process? Could someone from Tennis Warehouse do this for me?

Some drivers are kind of shady like that (in any carrier). Other drivers will hide your package if your area is secure enough rather than knocking. I'd do a quick look around the area (next to bushes and stuff like that).

UPS never knocks on the door or rings the bell if a sig isn't required. I hate that they don't at least knock or ring the bell and then walk away!

BTW, what happens if this happens? Do they pay for reimbursement?

Actually guys the package has arrived just now! It really defeats the purpose of tracking numbers if they mark statuses at a whim.
