On Thursday I did a lot of squats, lunges with weights (25 lbs.), medicine ball leaps, sprints, and monkey walks and after two days mi thighs and back feel so painful. I do not know what is causing these problems.

Can someone please give some tips to preven it or combat this pain?

You post about doing a lot of squats and leg jumps and you don't know what's causing your pain?

Don't do as many sets and reps next time.

Just do it again and next time follow up with 60 minutes of cycling holding 400 watts, followed by a ten mile run "cooldown" at a 4:50 min. per mile pace. Take two Advil and call me in the morning. :)

Dude, golf was invented for guys like you. :) j/k

I mean that I workout regularly at I know what regular pain feels like from exercise but this is a horrible pain that is so bad that I can not even walk down the stairs.

You obviously worked some new muscles. You will soon have muscles in places where you didn't have places last week.

Just rest. This too shall pass.

How do you get "new muscles"?

I've had sore muscle(s) deep within my forearm for weeks now and I don't know what's causing it. I've taken 3 days off and it's still there. It's a very mild discomfort and 95% of the day I don't even realize it's still there. I have no idea what is really going on.

What you probably have is commonly called DOMS, or delayed-onset-muscle-soreness. It results primarily from treating your body to more eccentric contractions than it can handle.

Eccentric contractions are where your muscles are forcibly lengthened under tension, such as when you squat down with a weight or landing from a jump. This type of soreness can last up to five or six days depending on your level of fitness, though if you're fairly fit and have been doing these exercises, it is unusual to have soreness last more than a day or two unless you really overdo it.

You buy them at the Chosin One Reservoir! :)

I meant some muscles you hadn't trained hard before, obviously. Poor wording though.

Sounds like a work overload, you want to slowly increase your volume, always make sure you leave the gym/track with something left. Further more bad sleep and diet will complicate things.

Could have been a pull, that would explain it's location and why it is taking so long to heal. You need time, and don't jump the gun or it will be even worse.
