Making grip smaller

Does anyone know if it's possible to reduce the grip size of a ProKennex Heritage Type C Redondo, I purchased one off a seller here. It listed as a 4 3/8 but after I got it it's really 4 5/8. No biggie, was maybe a typo on the sellers part. Won't hold it against the seller. Just wondering if it's possible to shave it down or somehow reduce the grip size

Thanks

uh... 4 5/8 to a 3.8 might be difficult. theres thin replacement grips, like babolat skin feel, prince resithin, etc. but that would only reduce it about 1 size.

Replacing the regular grip with just an overgrip will take the grip down about ¼ inch. If that is too small try using two overgrips. If you want something in between, put 1-3 layers of masking tape under on the overgrip.

I have a four head radicals with grip size 4 ½. I have one layer of masking tape under an overgrip and they measure out to 4 ¼.
