I’ve been saying for years any player at five fouls entering OT should receive an additional foul for extra time. If you’re disqualified in regulation you sit.Giannis outta the game!

I like Kawhi, but I think most experts prefer KD. Though they admit Kawhi is the best two way player in the game. But are Kawhi's quads hurting? I just tuned in at the end there and saw him grimacing.Kawhy or KD?
Giannis is a beast on both ends! At least he was against the Celtics.Kawhi was a beast playing injured. He is a better player than Giannis by a mile who cannot shoot,.dribble or make free throws. He is a monster at the D though, I'll give him that.

He cannot shoot the ball and that's the end of the story for me. He is a very hard worker and a great professional and I respect that.Giannis is a beast on both ends! At least he was against the Celtics.
I’m a big fan of both players but at this point I’m still taking Kawhi > Giannis. Tbh I’m probably taking Leonard over everyone in the league besides LeBron and maybe KdGiannis is a beast on both ends! At least he was against the Celtics.

Lowrys played better, but VV simply isn’t cutting it at all. I doubt Nurse is gonna roll that dice though as he’s proven to be a stubborn coachToo late I guess. I've been saying KL and VV are not reliable, why not mix Lin in and try to get the best out of the three pgs.
Nobody knows but I think first he didn't want to risk his injiury, then Lakers secured Bron and someone got into Kawhi's head that he could land in LA but no GM in their right mind would trade Leonard for Kuzma and Lonzo. What was the main reason why he did not want to continue with the San Antonio Spurs?
Before the playoffs, I would have guessed:I’m a big fan of both players but at this point I’m still taking Kawhi > Giannis. Tbh I’m probably taking Leonard over everyone in the league besides LeBron and maybe Kd
Before the playoffs, I would have guessed:
1. Lebron
2. KD
3. Harden
4. Kawhi
5. Giannis
Now it's
1. Lebron
2. Kawhi
3. KD
4. Steph Curry (if KD isn't there)
5. Giannis
Harden is my favorite player, so it hurts writing this. Hopefully next year, in the playoffs, he'll change my mind. I saw him giving up the ball too much in crunch time against the Warriors.
He is an evolving story. Have some imagination and a little faith in the hard work you credit him with.He cannot shoot the ball and that's the end of the story for me. He is a very hard worker and a great professional and I respect that.
But who do I get rid of? Draymond has been playing amazing though. I don't really like him so it annoys me haha.dont forget this fella:

Edit: This may come off as if I think Draymond is top 5 potential, which is not the case. I'm merely giving him props for his performance in these recent couple of series.
He's actually gone already in my revised preference. But flopper will be back. He will prove us wrong next season, and after his contract expires, he will join the Celtics as a free agent and lead us to a championship.Get rid of Flopper!
I wish the best for him, he deserves it.He is an evolving story. Have some imagination and a little faith in the hard work you credit him with.
All these h2h comparisons don’t reflect he’s three years younger and has two less seasons in the NBA than Leonard. I’m sure he’s already going to devote a lot of time on his shooting range during his off-season. As a rookie he was a 41% shooter. This year he’s at nearly 58%.
It's hard to rank them in order because they seem to change all the time and there's just sooo much high-end talent right now that it makes these lists even tougher. But gun to head I'll say:Before the playoffs, I would have guessed:
1. Lebron
2. KD
3. Harden
4. Kawhi

Insane in what way? He got a big raise from ~$1million to ~$15million after the Warriors first championship and he’s now escalating to ~$18million as he approaches the tail end of the five-year deal next summer. He wants a max deal but that’s a cap assault (5 years/$226million) GSW may not be able to afford if KT gets paid his desired max contract this summer. If KD is out the door there may be enough to pay both but Iguodala/Curry already will eat up more than half the hard cap. If both KT and Green do get max money then there’s nothing left for players 5-12 on the roster. The luxury tax will kick in to field some form of the team. He's actually gone already in my revised preference. But flopper will be back. Man, his contract is insane.
I meant Harden's contract. But the Celtics will be ready in 2023 when he is available.Insane in what way? Did you influence the title of this video?GSW is 29-1 in their last 30 games with Steph in and KD out. As many other posters have already stated above, KD is a luxury for the Warriors, not a need.
I would now prefer a Canada [if Greek Freak and co., would allow it] versus the U.S.A. finals. However, coach Nurse gotta start rotating his underutilised bench in anticipation for another double or triple overtime.GSW vs Nuggets would have been so much fun.
At least they're not Portland.Raptors kicking themselves hard for letting game 1 slip now
Bench came up big this time.Funny all players played well to help Kawhi. Powell has been playing like the player on his contract lately on both ends.I would now prefer a Canada [if Greek Freak and co., would allow it] versus the U.S.A. finals. tbh I think the Bucks are kicking themselves more for letting game 3 slip away than the raps are for game 1. The raps laid an egg in the 4th quarter in game 1, while Milwaukee had countless chances to go in for the kill in game 3 as it went all the way to double OT; really all they needed to do was to hit another shot or two and Toronto would've been in an insurmountable 3-0 holeRaptors kicking themselves hard for letting game 1 slip now
I am a Raptors fan but I like watching the Bucks more. They are truly an amazing team. Budenholzer did a great job this year.Basketball is the only team sport I really watch. I used to follow the Raps a lot more closely and then the team became unrecognizable and I stopped watching them much outside of playoffs. I will say that the Raps are a lot more exciting to watch. The Bucks play like a boring European team.

Diverse opinions offered in this thread on this so far. Here’s mine:What was the main reason why he did not want to continue with the San Antonio Spurs?
If it is about winning, Raptors have much more chance than LAC. It was first about winning with LAL and Bron, but it wouldn't happen and everyone saw that.Diverse opinions offered in this thread on this so far. Here’s mine:
1. Quad injury very similar to Parker’s almost simultaneously and Parker’s decision to take surgery as the path to recovery as recommended by SAS’s medical experts went against the grain with Leonard and his crew’s recommendation to take time consuming rest and rehab. That created the rift between Pop and Kawhi that became irreparable.
2. Kawhi and crew knew their path was for winning in 2020 and beyond at the FA destination of their choice. That means signing with a club that has at least a decent supporting cast and cap room for another “max cat” that complements Kawhi’s game. LAC looks most likely IMO. They have a great roster and cap space along with the front office and HC that have championship pedigrees.
LOL! There’s no space to sign Kawhi and bring a second “max cat” when ancient Lowry and aging Ibaka command $55million in ‘19-20. The biggest cap hit LAC has is $22million for age 30 Gallinari. Trust me...Jerry West and Lawrence Frank have a clue on how to compete with GSW while Ujiri is all in for making the Finals this season only.If it is about winning, Raptors have much more chance than LAC. So it's not about winning then. We were talking from Kawhi's perspective.LOL! Tom, I’ve never understood the thread title. What does Carrington mean?
