Overgrips and Leathergrips in Japan

I'm currently traveling in Japan and I stumbled upon a famous local tennis store. It was huge and had so much stock.

After befriending the stringer there and telling him I would like to buy leather and over grips, he recommended me fairway and Prince calfskin which were his favourite leather grips. I was put off by the price of the fairways which they sold for almost 30usd. I got the Yonex leather instead, which I've never seen it anywhere and it's thin at 1.4mm compared to the Prince which was 1.5mm. Has anyone got their hands on some and tried it?

Regarding overgrips, I went straight for the yonex supergraps which are my favourite. The stringer recommended me Bow Brand overgrips instead which he said feels similar to the supergrap but slightly more durable. I've heard about bow brand strings but never its overgrips. He also recommended me the Japanese version Wilson pro overgrips which he said is more tacky than the regular and apparently used by Kei. I read on this forum that this was true but no one has reviewed it.

Has anyone got experience with those? I bought some of the overgrips to try and I'm wondering which one is good so I will buy more before I leave Japan.
