Holy smokes, these are the closest thing to pillows on your feet -- both the feeling around the foot and at impact.
I took a flyer on the Cobra mids because I fell in love with the Nike Zoom Tennis Trainer. I prefer mids now because noticed I was slipping out of a lot of styles, like Cages and Vapors. These Cobras have a six month guarantee and are going to last a lot longer than the Zoom Trainers. Additionally, the Zoom Trainers' mid-cut digs into your foot for a while until they receive decent break-in, but there is no such problem here. The Cobras are extra padded in the ankle.
Somehow, these things are also ridiculously light. They seem to run a tad wide, so I think narrow feet need not apply.
The only potential downside to this shoe is that those who demand low to the ground feel won't quite get that, though I see that TW advertises that as a feature.
I believe those who fell in love with Yonex SHT's will love this shoe. If it has any durability whatsoever, Prince has hit a home run.
