Break time during this Alexa vs Charlotte match. Women overload with the survivor series match and NXT last night. Watching another match would be me jumping the shark.

Commentators have already jumped. Overkill with the Queen, Goddess, Queen, Goddess, Queen, Goddess, Queen, Goddess. I get it, they have nicknames. Bloody hell.

Do hate their telegraphing BS. Smackdown are 3-2 3-2 3-2 3-2 3-2. Yes, just keep reminding me so I know for sure there is absolutely no chance that AJ will win. Not that I gave him much shot anyway.

Very good match there with AJ and Brock. Not sure that Jinder would've been able to keep up like AJ. Not sure at all. lol Never got sucked into believing AJ could win, especially when you consider the score for the night. All even for the main event.

Ya good point, funny how its 3-3 :)

I dont think the f5 should be a 1hit since bigger moves are kicked out of. Think aj hurt his knee, there is no need for brock to suplex that hard. Also i noticed both of their shoulders were cut, maybe get some new metal steps, could get hurt that way

Haven't watched many shows live this year apart from Wrestlemania. NXT was very good last night, I think tonight is the best WWE event I've watched live this year. Main event felt like a letdown but the rest was spot on. All about the game once more. Did enjoy his fear when Braun cornered him. Spitting all over him. It was most enjoyable.

I'll remember AJ Vs Brock as the main event.

He is all ''I hope Triple H loses'', think it is a little too on the nose, giving away that Jordan is going to end up being the latest guy to join the authority or whatever it is they are called these days.

The matches I didn't think would be good were surprisingly good. I didn't expect much outta the Usos vs The Bar. The Bar lose all of these kinda matches everytime.

Corbin and Miz was a better match than expected. Beezango on the pre show were not too bad. They never had a chance of beating Owens and Zayn (next tag champs probably).

Womens Survivor series was what I thought, except they made Tamina look stronger than what I thought. She did some Snuka moves and even stole his pose. I guess they are over the whole fact that he killed woman and lied about it.

New Day vs Shield was pretty good. Not sure where the New Day go from here though. They have lost to the Usos enough and another team needs to get some run in a title fued. Smackdown has tons of good tag teams but I think Owens and Zayn get inserted into a fued with Usos and Bludgeon Brothers end up feuding with New Day.

Charlotte vs Bliss was as good as could expected. Charlotte matches are tough for me to watch because she is much more athletic than all these other women and don't botch half as much. She kinda needs to figure out how to step down to her opponents level to make the times she loses believable.

I though Brock vs AJ was great. It does a little out of it that you know there is no way Brock is going to lose until Mania.

The survivor series match was interesting. I'm not exactly sure why they made Owens an Zayn look like such pansies, there interference should have had more impact to set up whatever feud they will have going forward. And I don't get why Braun was so mad at Hunter afterwards. So what he double crossed Angle and Pedigreed Shane to steal the glory. It is what his entrance song says "It's all about the Game, and how you play it"

But that match was all about Braun and he is my only hope on having someone other than Roman win the belt at Mania.

New Day are stale bread.

I was kind of shocked at how John Cena was used. Sure, he is no longer a full-timer and he does take more losses these days, but he was pretty much treated like a jabroni. Struggling to think of the last time he was treated in such a way. He was there in name only, like a lot of the wrestlers in that match. Shane going for his own Austin type braveheart finish. Pass out due to the pain, I will never quit. Triple H probably changed the finish on the fly because of how ridiculous it was.

I agree with you on the New Day, but as long as they keep selling shirts, unicorn horns and 15 dollar boxes of cereal we have to put up with them. At least they put on good matches and always seem to do something new.

I didn't think how they used Cena was that bad, he was never go to win the match, he eliminated someone then took two angle slams and a coup de grace The finish was always going to go down just like it did. It was a hype machine for Braun the whole time. Used the finish to set up Brawn vs the authority and Angle vs Hunter. They pushed that forward on Raw last night with Kane messing with Brawn in the match that booked Jordan vs Brawn. Not the best execution but I think that was the plan the entire time.

That Paige return could not have happened at a better time and in a better way. That division was going stale and Paige with the NXT call ups is a welcome addition. Its surprising they called up who they did as both of them barely were even involved in NXT, but I guess any of the bigger name women on NXT could possible over shadow Paige. Thank the lord there is something else besides another 4 way with Bayley, Sahsa, Fox (or Mickie), and Bliss.

New IC Champ as Miz and the Bar are set up for a long feud with the Shield. Its the right spot for Roman and the Shield right now. There is no way to have them all involved in the Universal Title picture without them screwing Brock and being a heel team. But Roman vs Miz and the Miztourage with The Bar in cahoots lets the Shield still be a face team and puts them at a numbers disadvantage. But lets face it Shaemus and Cesaro never win anything. Shemus at least has won basically everything you can possibly win.

Sadly the Kamala news is not that surprising to me. He has already had both his legs amputated. It is still sad though I wish him the best.

We had some women invade smackdown as well. Ruby Riot, Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan. That is an interesting team of women. Ruby can go and will put her body on the line and have some great matches. Liv is the hot one. And Logan is super strong. With Logan on SD maybe Authors of Pain go there as well. Logan is Ellering's daughter so he can help her out early on in her career.

I'm really enjoying this Owens and Zayn angle. Finally something gets me interested in Zayn. Of course everything Owens does is great so its no real surprise. The 365 episode on the network is real interesting. KO is very honest and you get a decent look at some of the backstage stuff.

Also, Bill SImmons is working with HBO on an Andre the Giant documentary with WWE on board as well. This thing has the potential to be the single greatest wrestling DOC ever. Hopefully they got some Bobby the Brain stories before he passed. Although you will never be lacking for Andre stories.

Not having cable until the late 90's I never watched WCW, and Saturday nights main event was all the exposure I got. So by the time I was introduced to the WCW triple H was cooler than Arn so HHH was the spine buster guy.
I also thought Sting stole the sharpshooter from Bret but it was other way around. Bret claims they do it differently so its actually a different move but admitted he basically stole it form Sting and Sting was cool with it. Which Sting should be because he has copied plenty of stuff to get over.

Sounded like starcade was pretty good, when my buddy mentioned it a couple weeks ago I didn't know anything about it. When he explained the details I figured it was a glorified house show which it sounds like exactly what it was. I'm hoping it shows up on WWE network though.

I'm pumped for NXT this Saturday. These NXT live shows have not disappointed yet.

I think the doing it differently is an inside joke between the 2 of them. Can remember some interviews and Sting was asked what the difference was, he's all like, ''there is no difference.'' No doubt that Bret could spin some yarn about the way Stu told him to lock it on. To really stretch the opponent to perfection.

Actually told a lie before. Not so much a lie, I just forgot. I believe Ron Simmons spinebusters were the cream of the crop when I was watching WCW worldwide back in the day. Cool music too. :p

I guess it asnt enough theat one singh brother got styles clashed onto another singh brother. Jinder blasted them the Kallas after wards. Thank you Jinder that was fun while it lasted.

Also Pete Dunne despite pulling off all the heel tactics in the world is super over with the NXT crowd.

It was a little disappoint. They set the bar too high in the other 3.

Street profits vs, Tino and riddick. Played the crowd ok. Profits are brutal though.

Sonya DeVille be Ruby riott

Fish and o Reilly beat Dane and young.

Cole beat a someone, can't remember with fish and O'Reily help. Then he was talking smack and Lars came down. Cole tried to run by sanity forced him back in.

Ember beat Bianca belair. People laughed because we were in Bel air (MD).

Almas beat strong after a Vega hurrancanrana.

No velveteen and no alestair made it a let down though.

A couple of WWE bloopers that I've caught over the years was when Shawn Michaels was still chewing gum when he was lying on the mat, knocked out, and when Randy Orton was about to RKO some guy and the guy asked him "right there?" and Orton said, "Yeah," and when Triple H hit Stone Cold with an empty bottle and Stone Cold reacted like he just got hit by a chair, and when Chris Jericho dropped a blood packet, and when Rob Van Damm threw an elbow that clearly didn't hit this one guy and the guy fell back as if he got hit, lol. :)

That will happen eventually. I personally do not enjoy Nakamura's matches (not a strong style fan) but he is super over. He didn't gain any favors from backstage when he on more than one occasion almost ended Cena's career. You cant drop the greatest WWE Superstar of all times (Heymans words) on his head and kick his chin off and expect to get repeated main event level matches. He will tone it down a little and then he wont have to wrestle tag matches with special referees with Orton.

I always thought Matt was a great wrestler, and more versatile than Jeff. But his back looks so jacked up now like he can barely move. Is that part of the gimmick? I have zero knowledge of his TNA work. I haven't watched TNA in years. In fact at the NXT house show last weekend I didn't notice Adam Cole was wrestling Gunnar. And from what I read Gunnar was a pretty big deal over there.

Most people are mad about the Kane Stroman fued. This time of year though they never do anything. Braun is the guy getting the chance to shine in main event territory. Why waste a talent with future in a feud with him.

Whiny Jason Jordan is working out OK. They are giving him TV time and he isn't totally screwing it up.

This Bray vs Woken Matt might be just the thin Bray needs. I'm not sure either schtick works alone, in a way they need each other.

Enzo made me care about the crusierweights, is he also going to get me interested in Nia Jax. Probably until she wrestles and drops another leg with negative hang time. If you don't jump in the air it don't look right.

Also, it is possible (highly likely) we never see Rich Swann again. Dragging your wife across traffic and throwing her in a car is not good. And he is not a big enough Draw to get the welcome back treatment anytime soon. I may be seeing him in the MCW (Maryland Championship Wrestling) Arena very soon.

Jason's face is always like that, which limits his characters depth. You cant be mad or sad when you have this stupid looking smile on our face all the time. The smug A-Hole is really all he can do. I never liked the guy or American Alpha but I was expecting to sink like Yokozuna in the deep end. But he surprised me and he has not failed miserably.

Swan was a good worker, but with 205 only being an hour and 15-20 minutes of that should be a mandatory Cedric Alexander match and another 10 or so minutes of Enzo they have more people than screen time available. Now it looks like they are rebooting Lucha Dragons with Kalisto and Metalik. So they don't have a place for Swan and headaches of the domestic abuse allegations. Maybe if wife drops charges and he goes through counseling we may see him back in a year or two.
