Prokennex Ki10 or Head Flexpoint Instinct?

As part of my treatment of tennis elbow, I'm planning to change my racquet.
After a tough searching my two finalist are:

** Prokennex Ki10
** Flexipoint Instinct.

Considering i'm a 4.0 player, lefty, aggresive spin baseliner, modest backhand and 40 years old, which racquet do you recommend me?

Most players rate the LM Instinct over the Flexpoint...i would choose betwen these two rackets..
The Lm is very good stick,one of the best Powr/Controllevels i ever had.
