Pure Aero with gut/poly vs Ezone DR with all poly -- comfort difference?

I used to play with a Babolat APD Cortex (67 stiffness) and loved it, but when I moved to a high-altitude state with firmer balls, I found it hurt my shoulder on serves. I have been pretty happy with a Yonex Ezone Xi/DR (63/62 stiffness) for the past 8 years or so. But I am seeing the 2023 Pure Aero is down to a 65 stiffness (and on sale!). My buddy switched to a gut/poly hybrid to alleviate arm pain, which has worked well for him.

My question is, would a 65 stiffness racquet with a gut/poly hybrid feel stiffer, softer, or about the same as a 62 stiffness racquet with all poly?
