He's got a pretty extreme extreme grip on his forehand.

A Harrison-Harrison final would be entertaining if they both make it that far

actually I don't think its as extreme as it looks. His wrist twist on the take back makes it look more extreme in my humble opinion.

I'm looking it over again and I think you're right. I still think it might be a western grip, but the take back did make a huge difference in what I thought

I think Christian Harrison has good potential possible top 30 maybe but i just don't see him getting any farther than that with that strange forehand. But i would love for him to prove me wrong

Nothing against the kid it is just that he needs too much time to wind up the forehand. Not only that, it is a grinder stroke, much like Ryan's now. He starts playing against players like Tsonga, Fed, Berdych, he would break down so fast (hard low hitters). Thats just my opinion. Completely unnecessary amount of force dedicated to spin and not drive.
