Question about shipping...

First and foremost, kudos to TW. I placed and order today and you shipped today. Simply great!

I have just checked scheduled delivery time for the package and it says: December 1?!?! Is this possible? According to UPS map, from CA to FL is 5 days. I know, this question is for UPS but according to your experience, is there any chance for this package to be delivered on next Friday?

unfortunetly UPS sucks. Its the holidays. I believe it is 5 business days to get a shipment from Cali to the East coast. I don't think Thu and Fri of next week count. Your package will just sit there because UPS won't deliver on those two days and not on weekends. Just timing.

This has happened to me. Call UPS to confirm. Not something TW can help. Its UPS.

I needed that package for the weekend before Dec 01. I guess I was desperate and I had to ask...
If I knew this before I placed the order, I would have selected 2nd day or something...

often times it's about the shipping type, not the days to get to you. if it says it will arrive on the 1st, it could very well be at your local depot the day before or two days before, but because it's a certain type of shipping it won't go out for delivery till the 1st.

2nd day is much faster when coming from Cali..for sure.

4 days transit and the day it ships= 5 days total. Order Monday and get it Friday...5 days.
