Question on the Pro Hurricane/VS Gut Hybrid

Hi, I have a question regarding about the durability and comfort about this hybrid (Pro Hurricane/VS Gut). Is it really worth the money since it cost alittle bit more than the NG I'm using (Babolat Tonic+ Ball Feel) and is the comfort good to where you don't get tennis elbow because I've been using Natural Gut for that reason. Right now is my third time using NG(the last NG set lasted me a month, 2hr of play everyday), and I'm really set on using a hybrid that allows me to have the tennis elbow free comfort of NG and better durability. The reason for this is simply because NG is expensive, and having it strung by someone else and paying for string with shipping is a lot of money ($24.95 + 5.95 + 10.00 = $40 -_- I'm becoming cheap but can't help that I like the good stuff). lol its like crack man! Thank you.

Stick with you present string job and if you do want it too be less expensive use a multi. I hear reaction is a cheap multi and is better than NXT in many ways.

If you want comfort pro hurricane is not the string to use....try using your gut in the mains with a good syn gut in the crosses....that should give you good soft feel and keep your arm happy. If you really dont want to spend the money do what A.T.S just said and use a multi.....a multi or gut main with a syn gut in the crosses feels great and also keeps the cost down. I have the pro hurricane and VS hybrid in one of my POGs right now and am finding it very stiff when compared to other poly/gut hybrids I have used.

Thanks for the replies. ATS, the reason why I use NG is because I can't really use multi's, after like a week of 4hr tennis drills with a good multi, my arm can't take it. But perhaps I'll try hybriding NG with a multi or a mushy poly. I just threw the Pro Hurricane because it comes in a half set. Thanks again.

natural gut in main is the way to go.....
pro hurricane is not a soft poly, as it is very stiff......
if you are looking for the poly feel and it is soft, you can try the iso-speed pro...
