In terms of greatness and sales and an impact on the game--I have a top 5 list of the greatest frames ever.

1. Wilson Pro Staff 6.1--undisputed--largely played under all of those fancy paintjobs
2. Dunlop Aerogel 300--Aerogel comes to prominence--a new technology "softness" opens the door to how a racquet should feel
3. Prince TT Warrior MP--most versatile racquet of all time-the combination of balance and power is unmatched
4. Head flexpoint radical OS--one of the most stable racquets ever-Agassi used it and it is the gold standard for oversize racquets
5. Wilson K Factor six one --This brought [K]ontrol to a whole new level. The 90's and the 95's sold the roof off of Wilson.

By your own criteria, there's no way #2 should be on that list. And where is the Pure Drive? In sales and impact on the game, the Pure Drive should easily be in the top 3.

Actually it was a toss up between the Aerogel and he Aero--But Aerogel is a NEW technology. Once aerogel takes off--everyone will remember the original aerogels as being the staple of modern racquet technogy--babolat cant say that

I would think as the other poster stated the Babolat Pure Drive would have to be on that list. I can't remember another frame making as much impact on the game, sales and marketing wise, as it did, and to some extent, continues to do.

What about the Prince Graphite? A frame that after 30 years still has an impact today. It would surely make my top 5. But, anyway, certainly an interesting topic.

What I'm trying to say is that you must be mad if the aerogel 300 is the most world changing racquet. Scratch 2-5 and add prince graphite, pure drive, head prestiges.

No1 is about the only one worth a mention in that list.

Please, the TT Warrior MP is the most versitaile racquet ever made. It is an all courter's "holy grail" racquet. A racquet that stands the test of time.

It is a nice racquet but nowhere near the top 5.

It really is not sought after like PS 85 or Head prestige classic. And the POG has been sold for over 20 years.
