i have sent an e-mail to Eagnas, asking about a lot of complaints about customer support and quality of their machines, which i find on tennis forums like this one...Buy the way I was SOOOOO close of buying their machine! And here is their response:

mailing address. We have at least 5 complaints need to be filed. We would
like to file the formal complaints to your complaint center.

Typical! If this is his response word for word then I am wondering what language is being spoken. Excuse me.. let me rephrase that...

If words written by for him are his truly then wondering if what language speaking he is NO? Maybe you buy eagnases and lots of them too for youself

it sounds like he's saying that since YOU"RE the only one that hears complaints and they don't, hence YOU ARE the complaint center. He then goes on to say that HE has complaints that need to be filed so provide him with YOUR address so he can file those complaints.

I find that a pretty funny letter. :mrgreen:

Yeah, I bought an Eagnas Tennis Trainer from them ( a kind of indoor training device, not bad by the way). The only problem with this device is the balls wear out and break and you need to constantly reorder them. So I call them up to order more, and the guy who answers the phone (who sounds Chinese) tells me I don't need to order more, just put a regular tennis ball on it.

Well, you can't really do that, each ball has a special little grommet on it, but I couldn't convince the guy of this fact and just get him to take my order! I mean here I was just trying to buy something from the guy and he refused! Kinda cracked me up, I gotta say...

I would definitely never order a stringer from them if there were any other alternative on the planet. I can just imagine the potential hassles involved.
