Safin's return: nothing as expected... *Spoiler)

Well the day a lot of us has been dreaming about has come. Safin's back!

Total suprises though.

First he dismissed Nikolay Davydenko. Considering Davydenko's performance against Federer I'd have expected him to dust Safin.

Second, Safin's hair... is well a picture says a thousand words so here's one:

Third of all, Davydenko changed racquets... I thought he had personally stated that Prince's O3 equipment helped his game. Why would he change? Looks like a Technifibre.

thought hed be using the "FP Pres. " already

Glad to hear hes back in good form

Looks like hes trying the Xavier Mallise look

Yeah, this is one sure way to get away from the tennis sexual symbol that he has been labeled..

Very similar to Guga look at last year's US Open:

At least he doesn't have that huge mop of curly hair like last year.

But he still beat the hell out of poor Davydenko.

Well done, good to see him back.

That racquet appears to be a Tecnifibre, but it is missing markings on the throat on the grey "Texalium" patches and where the throat meets the head. It could be another paintjob.

the bottom picture is not Davydenko. I watched the match, he still uses O3 tour...

Safin wil play the lading role in The last samurai 2, cause Tom Cruises hair is too short

What does Lundgren tell them? Didn't Federer also get a ponytail while working with him?
