Should Sharapova offer to coach the Russian Fed Team?

OK, so no visa yet for Tarpishchev and Sharapova is hurt.

Should Maria demonstrate her Russian patriotism and offer to captain and/or coach (I'd say for free--at her money ...) the Russian Team during the upcoming Fed Cup meet with the US?

BTW, I think that Sharapova or Sharapov are better than no coach (which seems to be the situation now with the Russian team in the US), but who knows, they may clash with the team members.

Sarcasm is rarely detected by anyone on this board. There should be a sarcasm smiley...maybe with a sneer on it's yellow face.

Maria would be a great coach. I know the Russian girls have high regard for her, especially for what they see as her Americanized Russian and they could quickly learn to speak like she does so they could appear American which they all would like to be.

And then there's Yuri who could be co-coach and teach the girls to read signals from the stands.
