store credit

so how does one redeem store credit,
returned rackect, got store credit... i got the email / pdf of the store credit, it has like invoice # and some other code on the bottom right,
but no where when completing checkout is there a place that accepts any of the info on the card/in that email


why is it so difficult to redeem store credit?? Is it designed that way intentionally ???

i spent over 45 min trying to figure it out, and of consequence, now the size of sneaker my son needed, is now not showing as being available - so i guess that last 10.5 sneaker we wanted, got sold while trying to figure out how the heck to redeem the darn store credit ...:/ frustrating as #$%^... my guess is that it is intentional and TW hopes that people give up, or try to use later and then forget about it...? i wonder how much store credit is actually forgotten about bc it is like so convoluted instructions and links that go no where in the credit email. email states to click the link at bottom, it brought me to a gift card selector page and I could buy a gift card. absolutely zero about how to redeem store credit. i feel i am somewhat average intelligence or maybe even slightly above average. and i cant figure it out ... so i guess while we wait for that size to get back in stock i have time to continue to try and figure out how to get store credit applied to order.

my suggestion is to make a field in the checkout process for ppl to enter some code to apply any store credit they may have - im unsure why you dont, so thats why i say / think / feel it is intentional and that isn't a good look for TW

Thank you for reaching out and I am glad you were able to figure out how to use the store credit through the gift card last night. I am sorry it was a little confusing, I will pass it along to the appropriate department to look into making the process a little more clear.

hi and thank you for your attention and demeanor on this- as opposed to teh other member which at first stated that it could be more clearer, then later berated me about having trouble... but so my son is after the
Nike Air Zoom Vapor Pro White/Slate/Grey Men's Shoe

and when i logged in to order there 10.5 was there, but i just couldnt figure out how to apply the storecredit, i didnt realize that it was 3 pages deep in teh tx process, ok well now i know
i was only informed what the email stated to me when we received the credit

so yeah he would like the
Nike Air Zoom Vapor Pro White/Slate/Grey Men's Shoe
in 10.5---if at all possible.

Thanks for following up. Unfortunately, we do not have any more shoes in any size in that colorway and it has been discontinued so we are not expecting any more in stock. I went ahead and looked at the other colorways in the Vapor Pro and we do not have any currently in stock in a size 10.5. We are expecting some in the next couple weeks in the orange trance and white/black colorways. If you would like I can give some other recommendations of shoes that play similarly in your son's size (and can take into consideration price, color, brand, etc).
