usta 10 and under workshop?

I am looking at a usta 10 and under workshop, I just want to learn from the work shop how to teach my kids who are 6 and 4. Anyone has experience with the workshop? Are they helpful?

I am not a big fan of the program. The only good thing is using the low compression balls.

the old USTA program is better; teach a skill, then a drill, then a game
