The Washington Post's contest to find a new workplace advice columnist continues -- this week with a video challenge!

Yeah, that's right. I had to, like, talk. :)

For those keeping score, in Round Two, I had 27.3% of the vote, and the next closest contestant was at 14.7%. That's two *big* wins in a row. Sweet!!

I hope you can vote for me in Round Three. Voting is going on now through Friday at midnight. Follow the link, click my face, hit “submit.”

How much input do they need to make a decision? This is getting scary.

Is this the future of employment? Endless real-world challenges to get a job? The whole idea of getting an education and some experience and getting a new job is in the past?

...and she can talk, too. Plus we have a new tennis-court-confrontation putdown--"hey, man, click my face!"

Hands down, Cindy. Yours was on, well, goal! And certainly not the canned advice that one usually hears about work/life balance. As a head coach, he's definitely in a position to do some delegating. Way to push him in that direction. I've found that to be the hardest thing for new "manager-types" (and new mommies!) to do: Let Go.

I also liked Abbey's advice and actual video (using the cutouts rather than her face)...but yours was the better overall package.

All the others were merely bah!...or flat out bad!

Good luck in this round!

I'm not sure what you mean but I am assuming there was a massive vetting process to narrow the field down to the most qualified candidates who then go through the contest. Seeing as the person who gets the job is someone whom readers must feel a connection to in this case I think asking the public input as to whom they would like to be giving them advice is really not a bad idea.

"Just like in tennis, when you think about what your doubles partner is good at. Like chasing the lobs."

This would have been a great time for a tennis analogy!

Ok, ok, I voted for Cindy anyway.

Yes, Cindy - who is going to runaway with a victory again. She's gonna bagel the competition.

If you ever end up coming second in one of the contests, everyone on here will say you should retire because you can't hack it anymore.

Please have some witty Roddick-style responses ready in case that happens.

I just finishd looking at the other finalists' offerings....

Once again I voted for Cindy Lou Who....

Cynthia-who thinks Cindy looks a lot like Condi Rice...hmmm...sounds like a couple of shoe designers doesn't it, Cindy & Condi (and yes sometimes I crack myself up)

In the spirit of delegation (albeit unauthorized) I have crafted an impressive chart to aid in your pursuit of journalistic domination(s). :|

Haven't checked out the links yet, but is this what our illiterate world has come to? Choosing who to write an advice column in a print newspaper based on VIDEO clips? What the...?

Yeah, um . . .

I kinda thought this was a contest to find the person who can write good, sensible, interesting answers to reader questions. I like that bit. We've kind of strayed away from that, to my dismay.

Ah, well.

It's ridiculous. The world has gone to hell in a handbasket.

In any case, good luck in the swimsuit round.
