I have seen 4.5s with reallly sh***t forehand.
Best : Forehand
Worst : Kick serve (currently working on it)
Best: Forehand, maybe. My backhand has been a bit off this year, slowly coming back, but it is just dependable, not a killer. I serve well, though I over play the first and I am not as aggressive on the the 2nd serve as I should.
Worst: Backhand volley. Actually, the tweener... I've hit myself trying it, it sure felt the worst.
How do you practice it? It rarely ever happens that i get lobbed like that to hit oneReally? Tweener is so easy with a bit of practice, and sooooooo fun!
Can you find a similar example from Youtube to show what you mean?
It's hard for me to imagine that level with a crappy FH.

Worst: Tweener
Best: Defend-for-your-life-forehand-block

No no, their FHs are all good. Except for the guy in the first match. He barely puts anything in it.First match.
Oh come on now ???
We are to assume the rest of your game is Black Belt 5.0
My FH and my BH is better than my tweener.
I'm sure yours is too! Unless......
Best - Serve
Worst - Lob

Best shot- Usually 1st serve and forehand, slice defensive shots are generally good but are only used to defend!
Worst shot - Usually 2nd serve, sometimes both serves. Sometimes drive backhand, when really tight my forehand can play up (lacks pace, goes too loopy and I push at the ball a bit).
