How did Alcaraz lose his serve 6 times in the final two sets against Cam Norrie?

Had an injury in the leg, he started to hit winners without moving until norrie managed to make him move and then he started to miss, couldnt run at all at the end of the match, the whole third set everybody were wondering if he was gonna retire, but being a final and after retiring already from paris, he wanted to at least finish the match

It was pretty amazing watch him blast winners out of nowhere, by basically arming it
