Which luxilon string?

I've been using babolat pro hurricane tour 16 in mains with lightning xx in crosses. I string mains at 59.5 and crosses at 59 on o3 black speedport and apdc. I want to try out some luxilon strings but i only want to use 16 guages because i was hitting way too much spin and not enough depth with 17 guage pht.
What i dislike about my setup is that the mains tensions drop way too fast.
On my highschool team, i probably hit the most amount of topspin.

Which string would give me a lot of spin with control and power if possible?
Which luxilon string holds best tension?
What cross should i use with luxilon to make it easy on my arm?
Which luxilon mains and crosses should i use and why?

im not sure you would like luxilon strings if you think your strings drop tension way too fast because most the luxilon polys drop tension really really fast nevertheless they even tell you to string 10% less than normal.

But if you want to try i would recommend, big banger original or alu power.

Also, they are definitely not the softest strings.

have fun testing em out and good luck.

To be perfectly honest, unless you plan to be restringing every week, Lux is probably not the best idea for you. Also, none of it can really be called soft- all of it is fairly stiff and tough on the arm. If you want to just try it, then you should go for Big Banger original- the "classic" Luxilon feel.

what cross should i get thats easy on the arm?

Any mutli should do - as most multis are pretty soft. I recently used Tecnifibre NRG2 as a cross with Luxilon BB Alu Power Rough mains. Not bad at all - but I went back to full Alu as it just suits my game better.

There are other less expensive multis out there too.

Take care.
