Which pure drive line is the best?

Can anyone tell me in their opinion which pure drive line is the best for you between a pure drive team, pure drive cortex standard, and pure drive gt standard.

i can't vote since i have never used babolats before my pure drive roddick gt... maybe i should use my sisters pure drive roddick(cortex)

This is not a pure drive.
I assume you just got the racquet and enjoy plugging it, but please do so reasonably. It's not the correct racquet for the vast majority of us on here.

My personal preference is the GT. The cortex version is poo poo. I haven't played extensively with any other version. I had a brief hit with a friends swirly version but quickly broke his strings.

My experience has been with the Roddick version and I will take the cortex version over the GT any day. Really didn't like the dampened feel.

I played that ones Roddick edition and the swirly in the past. Decided to revisit them, picked up the swirly so far but likely will try a Roddick again too, I had no arm problems with it.

What strings do you guys use with your PD’s?

I prefer the Gen 1 soft drive with lots of lead or even a model they marketed as the contest, comes with a lower RA

Personally prefer the 2015 with the slightly denser pattern in the middle, but 2012 is a bit more crisp/clean in feel and i think a bit more stable.

What strings do you guys use with your PD’s?

I really like the tier 1 bk/gw setup at 48lbs on a eCP machine

Just picked 2 up, it was either that or the PC swirly that we were talking about in the other thread. The PD seemed more practical for tennis in 2023, a part of me still wants to pick up a PC swirly though. My favorite two racquets as a kid.

I'm still searching for a PC Swirly. There don't seem to be many of them out there or people just aren't willing to part with them.
