Wilson (k)Surge is not nPro Open

The upcoming (k) Surge is too light to be a nPro Open replacement or Pure Drive rival? I have to admit that the nPro Open is turned out to be awesome or should I say Pure Drive like, but it was plagued by paint problems (My iPod is "more" scratch resistant.) So unlike Wilson. I now wonder if the rest of the recent nCode line is the same way, including the nTour Gen2 frames.

And so what's deal w/ (k)Zen - is it Pure Control rival or nTour replacement, but the string pattern is different?

I also noticed the (K) Gut took over the NXT string recommendation, printed on the frame.

As implied by the name, the K-surge is the upgrade for the npro-surge, not the npro open. I always liked the npro surge better then the unstable npro open anyways.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the specs look identical. Once the nPro Open frames came out the old surge went on sale?
