Wilson Six.One Team 95 16x18 Tie Off?

• Wilson instructions for 2 piece: Cross tie: 5H & 11T (Mains at 8T)
• Frame has "+" marks at 5H & 6T
• Klipper instructions for 2 piece: Cross: 5H & 9T (Mains at 6T)

Tying off crosses at 11T (per Wilson) is really tight since the 8th main grommet (10T) is really close to 11T. I'm leaning towards the Klipper instructions of tying off at 9T (a little more space to tie a knot) and mains at 6T (plus mark on frame) but figured I would see if others ran into this and figured it out. I also wonder why the Wilson instructions are different and the frame has a "+" mark at 6T. Any help is appreciated.

Mains Skip 7H,9H and 7T and 9T

If you tie off at 6T you will have two strings blocking hole 7T.
