Wimbledon Semis- Slipping on the Grass

Did anyone else notice that everyone who was wearing Adidas shoes (Djoker, Jo-Willy, and Andy) all took some bad tumbles during crucial points? Roger didn't slip once, if I can remember right. Just wondering if I was the only one who saw this.

Roger did slip once this tournament. I can't remember the match, but he slipped. It's not news that Djokovic slides on grass - he does it on hard courts and clay courts, too. Tsonga slips and slides a lot on grass anyway, too. I don't think it's an exclusively Adidas problem.

I'd blame that on the lack of grass play throughout the season?

Germantown CC host of the Men's 45 _50 banned the Adidas Equipment Feather shoe with the aggressive out-sole pattern about 4 years ago. I could see The Championship Committee requiring a less aggressive sole this year, as the turn around to the Olympics is so short.
Nike may have got it right, or at least right for Roger.
