World Tennis Roscoe Tanner Serve Study

Gladys Heldman's World Tennis had a one page study of about a dozen frames of Tanner's Serve seen from the front.

Does anybody have the issue? If so, could you photograph and post the page? It must have been around the late 1970's that the issue came out.
