Nadal somehow holds, but he isn't going to get away with it for long. He has no game plan at all. Medvedev is playing great, and Nadal isn't doing anything to stop him. He needs more first serves in, stop rushing the net, play deeper for the baseline. Unfortunately, the bounce here is extremely low, so his usual topspin isn't working.

It's pretty simple.
Medvedev serves BIGGER and he easily holds.
As long as he wins more than 50% of the points on Nadal's selected service game - he breaks and wins the set.
