2017 ATP Sudden Death League: Madrid

The world number one looks like he doesn't know what he is doing out there. If he loses, that would be the second straight masters he'd knock me out.
He's still a tad better than the WTA no.1 (as of next week, and previously this year). Not helping.... Sorry ;)

I agree hes on my DNP list as well. Look on the bright side, we were right that he wouldnt win the tournament or even make the final.

I was doing okay, and then I picked Murray. Probably the worst number one ever.:D

But what's with these lucky losers going on a roll? I mean they couldn't get out of qualifying for crying out loud!

Must be like playing with house money, a second lease of life so to speak.

I haven't had a specific nemesis in this game for a while, though RBA accounted for 4 of my losses in the first half of 2016.

Yeah, can't really depend on Murray right now. I think he should have taken more time off to rehab. Playing tournaments and losing to every Tom, Dick, and Coric, doesn't look too good.

So, it's on to Rome now.

Lol at Tom, Dick and Coric :D No reason for concern yet though, maybe he'll step up in the Slams.

And even if I win Madrid, I'd still be well over 600 points behind you and winchestervatennis in the Race, so you guys have a nice cushion at the top

Gotta keep a big lead, you know.:D I miss 90's clay. He would have had some choice words for the world number one. Winchestervatennis is still in the draw, I believe.

Thiem really took me for a ride, down 3-0 in the 3rd set, saved several match points.....

QF: Novak
BU: Zverev

may change this if Rafa loses
