I repeat...its called a discussion..kind of what a forum is set up for. Only Federer fans can see it as baiting. Of course Federer fans see no issue abusing Nadal and Djokovic...the irony is itself epic.

Yeah.It's sad when you think that he put so much effort to win the match, he wanted that win so bad and yet he had some sort of "blackout" when serving for the championships

You're 100% correct. I posted a thread saying Federer was the firm favourite for the semi-final and it was removed. Even to suggest Nadal wasn't the favourite was enough to see my words banned.
It's insanity. The Federer fans need to get a grip.

This reminded me of that documentary bit I happened to catch on yt last year about Borg and Mac, where Borg suddenly sold off his Wimbledon trophies and Mac intervened to help convince him to get them back. Must have been some recurred ptsd-like middle-of the night pain there.

This. The loss still hurts, bit I'm feeling slightly better by each passing day. Really looking forward to see Fed play again (it definitely is the best remedy!), and I think it's good that Cincy is his next tournament where he hopefully can shake off the loss and enjoy his tennis again. His HC tennis has been extremely good this year, and I'm sure he has what it takes to make it happen at the US Open.
I also find it a bit odd that some posters almost have awarded Djoko 5+ slam trophies for that Wimbledon victory.. yes, he'll be the favourite going in to the UO and AO, but the matches have to played. And with the history of recent UO winners, this is also where we see most of the new slam winners. I wouldn't be surprised if we'll see a new champ this year - at least I wouldn't rule it out like so many others.
Fed was trying to be nice by saying that he knew how it felt (alluding to the '08 loss) & A-Rod's reply was dead on . Fed conveniently ignored it & moved on with his politically correct speech .
They are a very butthurt fanbase really, seeing their idol repeatedly schooled by nadal and Djokovic, the h2h is now embarrassing v both has sent them over the edge I feel.
