Poor order/customer service - thanks a lot!

Pretty disappointed with TW customer service this month. Here's a quick rundown of the events in order:

  1. Placed an order on June 10 for a used racquet and some other items.
  2. Received an email on 6/20 that order shipped.
  3. Received an email on 6/21 that additional info was required to process the order, and to call TW. When I looked at the email, it showed the racquet was now a pickleball paddle (which is odd bc the racquet I ordered I included a string job with, so stringing instructions would be useless on a pball paddle.
  4. Called TW on 6/21---explaining the above series of events and asking for help to get it right. All i really cared about was getting the used racquet (large grip sizes don't usually pop up on used sticks). He said he had it sorted out and his supervisor woudl contact me later that afternoon.
  5. No contact from the supervisor.
  6. Email notification received late on 6/21 with tracking info provided. When i click the link it says "label created" Still says that today (7 days later).
  7. Logged into my TW account and noticed the order had been refunded. No notice, no email, no call.
Now, I'm not in the retail business, but I am in the business of following up on your word and at least connecting with customers to explain when you can't make something right or complete an order. This was pretty p*ss poor in my opinion and definitely will guide my decisions when purchasing tennis equipment in the future. There are 2-3 other large online retailers, and neither of them have exhibited this poor level of service yet for me.
