in case someone is searching how to find a game in montreal, i found these methods somewhat successful:
*website:
globaltennisnetwork - send a message to the area when you arrive
passingshot.ca
tennisround.com
*call clubs directly (some have leagues in the 3.5-4.0)
*buy a hitting lesson (only 35-50 canadian)
on the websites, i recommend putting a vid of how you hit

Very nice. How did you guys get on this court? Is it rentable by the public whe the tournament isn't running (how much)? Hole in the fence?

Center court is often rented out as a public court at Jarry Park. When the tournament isn't on, the whole place is public.
