Nike already has Serena, Genie and Maria. Halep? I don't thing so!
Halep is a man? It is kind of a surprise!I noticed in a Halep photo ->he was wearing Bjorn Borg clothing. (Not Fila, BB's own.)

You know, I meant to start a thread on that. At the Laver Cup, Borg was wearing Fila.....surprised me a bit he wouldn't be sporting his own line.
Not really. Adidas probably can't afford her. she has at least 1 major coming her way with serena and venus nearing retirement. if Nike has a keen eye, they will pick her up but otherwise, underarmour should take this opportunity and sign her with good deal for themAdidas prob realized she'll never win a slam after not beating 10 year old brat Ostapenko.

That is how Halep and Cahill originally got together but the Adidas Coaching Team was discontinued at the end of 2016 so that should have no bearing on their relationship.More importantly, I wonder what leaving Adidas will do to her relationship with Killer Cahill? I think Cahill's position on the Adidas development team has a lot to do with their pairing.
Going be embarrassing if the #1 WTA tour player is wearing a magic marker cap and patches to cover up her outfits! And what she going do about her tennis shoes? You cannot take the logos off of tennis shoes and have them look normal!
The adidas shoes she was wearing lately had no stripes and looked pretty generic. I guess the footwear is not going to be a problem.
I think the logo is the last step that goe on clothing and shoes before it gets package. Her agent could just ask for no logo clothing and tennis shoes from Adidas or another brand.SO where does one get logo-less tennis attire?
Interesting to see what she's gonna wear next 2-3 weeks, now that she's got no sponsor.

Could she wear gear with logos if she wanted to?
She definitely could. Thing is neither she or her managers would want her to wear any logo that she isn't getting paid to wear. Especially the current No. 1 player who is getting a good amount of broadcast time. The clothing companies would love it - free advertising essentially.
I do think she's still wearing adidas clothing but without the logos. She's worn that type of outfit before.
That's actually not uncommon at many of the smaller ITF events. It'd be funny if a non-sponsored player wore shoes, skirt, shirt, visor, wristbands from all different companies with the logos on them.
totally agree, although here's Wilson's chance to get their clothing/shoes out there, too- a head to toe. But yeah I think Fila is the one.Fila is my bet.
Imagine she starts winning Slams next year after leaving Adidas like Djokovic.
Adidas marketing manager would probably be shot.
