On a more serious note, I actually thought @FedFosterWallace might change his name after the re-examination of the late David Foster-Wallace and the repudiation of his journalistic ethics and professional behaviour.

It doesn't feel right to highlight the F-W suffix or his work the way it used to (imo).
What are you on about.

Also, Subway’s sandwiches are all bread.

If you were already across this story, the full extent of DFW's actions, and the additional allegations against him, I apologise.

DFW is no longer the "go-to" intersection between tennis and the literary arts that many of us (myself included) once considered him.

It's not something to celebrate, or a direct attack on you, but in my earlier comment, I was wondering out loud if your name is now in poor taste and worth changing.

You provide (much needed) levity on the message boards, and I'm grateful for that.

I think he is overrated. He has not won a slam in more than a year now.

Turned 40 couple weeks back. Getting old fellas.

Then again there is a large portion of tennis that is mid 30's still playing great.

Decided to look more into this. Really not just Fed. Lot of either really old guys (for athletics) or really young guys in the top 125

40 Karlovic #95
37 Federer #3
37 Lorenzi #101
37 Lopez #108
37 Ferrer #128
35 Verdasco #26
35 Kolhschrieber #53
35 Seppi #66
35 Jaziri #94
35 Garcia-Lopez #123
34 Isner #10
34 Wawrinka #27
34 Simon #29
34 Tosonag #85

Older top 25 guys.

33 Anderson #8
32 Nadal #2
32 Monfils #16
31 Fogini #11
31 Djokovic #1
31 Bautista-Agut #21

Stephane Roberts might be the most interesting. 39 year old mainly grinding on the Challenger Tour. #282, career high of 50 in the world 3 years ago. 2.5 million made in his career.
