I’m pretty sure a majority of the posts on this forum are made precisely because the authors think others don’t want to read them. It’s 90% petty jabs and trolling.Boggles my mind how a person can have a series of thought processes that leads him to come to this forum, click to create a brand new thread, and populate it with the worthless words that OP did. Thinking those words is one thing, but actually coming to the conclusion that others will want to read them and creating a thread to do so. Just unbelievable.
To be fair, he was down 1-4 in the final set tiebreak. It was probably a huge surprise and relief and excitement to end up winning. Nadal’s fallen to the floor after winning just a set before, let alone a match, and no one can deny he has a champion’s mentality. As a loser, psychologically. Falling down to celebrate a RR win as if he won a slam. We all knew he was a mental midget, but this simply reinforces it.

Number 2, actually. He s doing alright. I don’t mind him celebrating like that as he just beat world no.1
His problem is that he has such a history of slaying dragons but then not being able to finish the job by taking home the title. He can zone for one match but it usually takes everything out of him.Isn't he 8-3 this year against top 10 players? Posting this a couple years back might have made sense but posting it today is just dumb.

Some people see him celebrate a RR win like this and just shake their heads because they know what's coming next.

They weren't defending you.Bunch of people defending a mental midget! Lol! That's okay.
It also does not not warrant a falling down celebration. If this were Thiem's first win over Nole, sure. Or Thiem's first advancement to, say, a slam final, okay. But Thiem is the game's #5 player who is a slam finalist and a Masters winner/multi-finalist. Beating the #2 player (his 4th win over Nole in their last 5 meetings) to advance to his first WTF semifinal does not warrant a falling-down celebration. Thiem is now at a point in his career where this type of celebration should be reserved only for championship point conversions.
Laver Cup celebrations are ok, celebrating after beating best player in form after deciding tiebreak is not. Ttw in a nutshell.

My 40:15 posts ?OP's content is a lot more OG than some of the other stuff that passes for trolling around here.
As the most utterly jaded, self-hating member that can barely identify with TeamTim, OP is probably right.
LOL can I get a 40:15 check on your poasts and likes real quick.
He has already topped the group/I mean it wasn't just a round robin win, he also qualified, and has a pretty good to great shot of topping the group.

Nadal is the best player in the world at the moment as he is #1. Not the best player specifically on this court, but the best overall right now.Yes, celebrating a win over the best player in the world proves he's a mental midget
Not the best player in form. Nadal is #1 and Medvedev leads the post-Wimbledon race.Laver Cup celebrations are ok, celebrating after beating best player in form after deciding tiebreak is not. Ttw in a nutshell.
Nadal has done nothing to the standard Djoker has showed here on HC this year. Not the best player in form. Nadal is #1 and Medvedev leads the post-Wimbledon race.
Yeah because ranking totally represent the players form 100% of the time. Was Federer the most in-form player in the world against Mardy Fish in Indian Wells in 2008? Or when he lost to Blake, Stepanek or Karlovic? Not the best player in form. Nadal is #1 and Medvedev leads the post-Wimbledon race.
? Nadal reached the final of the 2 Grand Slams on hard, Djokovic only 1. Anyway, you changed the topic which is current form.Nadal has done nothing to the standard Djoker has showed here on HC this year.
Post-Wimbledon: Nadal won Cincinnati and the US Open, Djokovic only Paris. Medvedev won 2 Masters 1000. Both Nadal and Medvedev have earned more points than Djokovic post-Wimbledon and so Djokovic is not the best player in form.Yeah because ranking totally represent the players form 100% of the time. Nadal was abysmal, I could easily see him go 0-3 at this tournament. Wouldn't even beat Berrettini.
Current form: Djoker > Nadal, and it isn't close.? Nadal reached the final of the 2 Grand Slams on hard, Djokovic only 1. Anyway, you changed the topic which is current form.
Post-Wimbledon form: Nadal is #1, won Cincinnati and the US Open. Djokovic only won Paris. Both Nadal and Medvedev have won more points than Djokovic post-Wimbledon. In short, Djokovic is not the best in form player.
Yeah I totally saw that form against Zverev.Post-Wimbledon: Nadal won Cincinnati and the US Open, Djokovic only Paris. Medvedev won 2 Masters 1000. Both Nadal and Medvedev have earned more points than Djokovic post-Wimbledon and so Djokovic is not the best player in form.
Nadal is the no 1 ranked player in the world. No-one in the right mind would call him the best player on the planet right now. Same as in 2017 when Federer lost like 4 matches in the entire year or something and went 4-0 against Nadal himself including 3 murders. And yes, the #1 (Nadal) is the best player at the moment.
If you want to be radical and consider only the form of the last match, then Thiem is the best player in form at the moment.
Only on this court (indoor hard). Overall Nadal has the best form as he is #1 for his overall results on all surfaces and conditions. Medevev also has showed a better form post-Wimbledon.Current form: Djoker > Nadal, and it isn't close.
On this court (indoor hard) Djokovic is in better form. Overall for all surfaces is Nadal as he #1 after achieving better results for his overall results on all surfaces and conditions.Yeah I totally saw that form against Zverev.
Also, yeah his draws were insane. Canada - Federer and Djokovic didn't play, Nadal magically wins. US Open aka the Berrettini Open. Nuff said.

With Thiem - yeah call me if he plays at this level for a couple of weeks at least. There is exactly zero chance that he keeps this up in every match. Djokovic remains the tournament favorite and I don't even have to look at the odds to know this.
Yes, on aggregate over a 52 week span. Since when were surface and most recent results not considered as part of form? Enough of this post-Wimbledon stuff. Nole dominated Paris, another indoor tournament, right before this indoor tournament, and you want to posit Nadal as the guy to beat?Only on this court (indoor hard). Overall Nadal has the best form as he is #1 for his overall results on all surfaces and conditions. Medevev also has showed a better form post-Wimbledon.
