Charge Confirmation, what to do now?

I made a purchase about 18 hours ago and until now, i got no order confirmation, just an email saying something about a charge confirmation for security reasons. Already replied the email with this security check 6 hours ago, and still have no payment confirmation of my order or any sign it has been processed. Since this is my first purchase on TW, i don't know how to proceed now, do i have to do something else?

Already sent an email to costumers service but did not recieved any answer.

Thanks for your help! Sorry to bother you, but since i am not an US resident and this is my first TW purchase, i did not know what to do exactly. Thanks again :)
