z's serve has improved tremendously. he used to double fault a lot; even over 20+ DFs in a best of 3 match once. now he doesnt double fault much anymore, and has a huge second serve

No I mean they are becoming more consistent in Slams now. Zverev's draw hasn't been easy but he has handled it pretty well. The old Zverev would have went down to Anderson in the 1st round.

Zverev is plenty capable of defeating Djokovic. It's what's between the ears that stops him. I am interested to see if he is making progress there. A 5-set win vs. Djoker would be a massive confidence booster. I can only hope the Ziraffe is moving forward.
