Best Pickleball Bag?

I’ve been using the first generation Paddletek bag, but it’s ripping on one of the outside pockets, and I haven’t used it a ton, due to injury recovery and COVID-19. The Onix upright bag looks doable, then again, do I go for a tennis bag with room, like the Wilson ProStaff 15-pack bag? I like the shoe compartment plus the big middle storage area.

I just use a nice sport duffle bag...and at times a racket back pack ..
Much cheaper solution and works fine...
The TW back pack is perfect...

-i use a small draw string bag
-its small enough for pickleball paddle and stuff

TW back pack for me. Easy to hang on the fence and holds two paddles easily.

Coming from tennis to pickleball about 20 months ago I wanted a miniature tennis bag for carrying all my pickleball gear so I went with the Wilson Rak Pak (it said tennis bag on the heading but it isn't long enough for a tennis bag; to be honest I think it's meant for racquetball) - it doesn't get great reviews but it's been perfect for me and has held up incredibly well (still looks new). Three compartments and a pouch on the outside...holds everything I need including shoes, towels, food, sunglasses, hats, wristbands, extra overgrip, etc.

I recently went to a Gearbox paddle so for my birthday my wife is getting me a Gearbox bag - I tried out all of their bags, including the ones that look like a smaller tennis bag, and decided I like the backpack style better - It's the perfect size, has a separate shoe compartment, and has so many useful pockets: Gearbox Backpack Blue

But again, depending on what all you're carrying it may be too large and the other bags mentioned above may better fit your needs.

Selkirk has the best pickleball in the market! So much room for everything

Their paddles are one of the best as well.

Seems like a paddle and a couple beers shouldn't take up much room.

Maybe just bring a cooler and a paddle.

I just use a small duffle bag for pickleball.

Sling bags seem exceptional popular. Franklin and the like. Normally holds two paddles, water, towel and a few balls. Hangs well. Most players I know wish they had a larger bag.

Various Tennis backpacks. Most users seem relatively happy. Just tons of options so get one which fits your needs.

Head Supercombi pickleball backpack. Seems well thought out and the users seem to like them. Nice shape to hang on the fence and come with a fence hook. Looks sharp in orange/white/black and normally reasonably priced.

Onix Pickleball backpacks. Look large, but a little cumbersome. I didn't like the design but it has tons of usable space.

Currently I just use a old 6r/9r bag Tennis bag. It hangs easily on the fence. Plenty of storage. It has good inside and outside pockets. It is easy to carry as a duffel or backpack. Normally affordable. Reasonably built. I normally carry for two and like to have extra supplies for various reasons.

Normally I prefer a separate shoe bag...one which I can carry outside or place inside my main bag.

If I played indoors a simple duffel bag would work.

I agree, just get a quality gym bag or a backpack-- the paddle(s) will fit in there along with other stuff.
Anything marketed as "pickleball" bag, will cost 3-4x as much. Same goes for anything else, now that I'm at it.

"Pickleball" labeled sunglasses, shoes, shirts, shorts, wristbands, etc., will cost you much more. The marketers are banking on (pun intended) the pickleball "identity" that develops when (non-tennis) people enter the pickleball "racket."

I will echo the Gearbox Backpack - I've had one for almost a year and love it. Previously I had the Prolite bag (which was the same as the original Paddletek bag) and it was not well made --had issues with 2 bags with the straps breaking. I can tell you that the Gearbox is really well made. I bought it after it was recommended by a few local players. Besides being well made there are lots of storage compartments and zippers etc.

Fila makes a good PB backpack

Check out racquetball bags too. I picked up two Dunlop ones when Racquetballwarehouse was clearing them out that are every bit as good as my longtime Volkl tour bag.
