is lead tape dangerous to touch?

Um, i just got some lead tape, and i touched it the whole time i was putting the first strip on. I hope im o.k. But what does it do to your health? Is it dangerous, and what do you use to put the lead tape on?

Well not anymore because they coat it with something to protect the user, unless you got lead tape from a hardware store, then I can't gaurantee anything but if it's a tennis company's lead tape then your be fine.

Just don't eat it and you should be fine.

As a precaution, wash your hands after handling lead tape.

Don't stick your hands in your mouth or touch yourself for long periods of time.

Yes, but only in the state of California. Everywhere else, you're safe.

you should be fine handling lead tape. i have not had any health problems YET... and i live in CA!!!

Don't worry. Your hair may fall out, but you will be ok, just bald. It only takes a few months for it to grow back.

besides, statistics have shown that 73% of women would rather go out with a bald guy vs a normal guy with hair.

Yes! Many things are okay in other states immediately become not okay (even life threatening or fatal) once cross the state border line.

Anyway, I think licking envelope flap & stamp will make you die sooner.
