How come there's no free TW t-shirt offer when buying a POG OS?

I was looking at a few different racquet purchases and noticed that with each of them, even a cheap $70 Warrior OS I was told that I qualified for a free TW t-shirt. But, with the $120 POG OS there's no offer at all. Adding it at a later stage and it still comes up as costing $5, with no rebate.

Is that just a glitch in the system or is there something special about that POG that you don't makes that offer ?

I'm pretty sure the free T-shirt offer is based on a minimum dollar total for your entire order and not based on any specific racquet model or item purchase.

TW can clarify their policy.

I tried adding the POG MID to the cart and received the "Free" offers, however when I tried it with the OS it did not work. I canceled the order before trying the OS.

That isn't true. If you read what the OP wrote he says, very clearly, that the offer was made for a cheaper $70 racquet. I tried it myself and when the TT Warrior OS was selected the free offer was made.

Guys, why guess at these things? Leave it up to TW to provide the answer because, after all, that is what this part of the message board is for - questions exclusively for TW.

Spencer, I wish TW would make some shirts using the wicking fabrics. I have 2 of the cotton shirts but they get warm during the summer in Louisiana when the humidity if 200 percent

I assume it will be fine to send an email in lieu of a phone call (calling from Australia is a bit pricey).

Also, any chance you guys will ever do the sweat-tops in a light grey fabric instead of the dark ones?
