I'm trying to figure this out as well.

But they were NOT Pure Drives "player's rackets".

I saw a few Pro's using the new Pure Drives in S. Florida in February and then again at the ITC event in Delray in March (the tourny Mardy Fish won).
I saw Wayne Odesnik using it in Feb. and couldn't figure out what is was.
Then I saw him using it again in March along with, I think Robbie Ginepri.
I wasn't close enough to see whether it was the Roddick or standard version.
It was the exact same color as the one Roddick is seen with now but the two versions probably have the same coloring as both versions of the old did.
