Anyone else here have these rackets a few years ago? What did you all think of them? I really liked mine. Somewhat hard to manuever sometimes, but overall, a good racket.

I had several of the 200s and 250s that I purchased when Spalding exited the tennis business. Not sure where my 200s are (probably buried in the garage), but I still have a 250 in my closet that I occasionally take out to play with. These frames were described as low powered, but if you are physically strong and can swing them at a good velocity, the winners just seem to pour off the strings.

These are well-made racquets too. I had no worries about any of them ever cracking due to simple use.

I agree. This particular model is very good modern alternative to classic Prestiges. The reason I said that is b/c the racquet is made of braided graphite and much stiffer and heavier than Head Prestiges. From what I remember they are very demanding control-oriented racquets.

I just purchased one again and will be looking for more. So, python check your garage out, I'm looking for a few in L3 or smaller grip sizes. :)

I have one of these, the 250 Atp Tour Spalding. Anybody know the weight and swingweight of these? Sorry I do not have a digital scale.
EDIT: I see from another post the weight is roughly 12.1 ounces. How about the swingweight??? :)
