Federer has never played a good match in his life, his opponents always play without their "man parts" attached.

Nadal has never played 100 percent, yet he is soo good that he can still win 6 slams.

gotta love the forum :)

Soderling's got no plan B, playing Federer as someone stated above. He's finally starting to be a little more aggressive.

He's finally getting used to Federer's shots. Alot of Soderling's "weaker" balls stem from the fact that Federer is mixing spins and angles very well, and exposing Soderling's height, lack of variety, and mediocre movement.

Federer looks like he's having the most boring time of his career.

unfortunately, he's not the only one.
i've seen soderling play 100x better in this USO

this has been a snorefest so far!

He should already know this having played Federer 11 times previously. This is not new information for him.

Oh come on. This is like saying Nadal plays bad when he plays Del Potro in his two losses to him. He really doesn't. Del Potro just makes him look bad because he's a bad match-up.

This reminds of wimbledon when People said Federer was playing a mediocre ground game. Well, it isnt easy playing your ground game when your opponent, Roddick in this case, is constantly trying to put you out of your comfort zone.

Why don't you coach these guys then? I'm sure you can figure out a way to beat Federer since he sucks so bad.
He's actually right. And he learned it from the best server ever - Sampras. When he needed a point, 9 times out of 10 he went over the low part of the net. And no one figured it out and took it away. Why do you think Sampras won 14? Wasn't with his return of serve and backhand! LOL!

Let me remind you that the only man so far who has been able to overcome this on a consistent basis is named Nadal.

You know, that ultra fast guy that's left handed.

Also "easier said than done." Especially when it's DARTH FEDERER (you know, 5 time USO champion) standing on the freaking other side of the net.

Federer is ridiculous. He almost looks bored out there.

Anyone he plays always looks like they're trying so much harder. Even when he's losing Fed's tennis looks effortless.

I have no idea how he does it.

Actually Federer won all his BPs against Nadal in the 5th set of Wimbledon 2007 with serves out wide.

soderling's windmill forehand's huge takeback is really allowing federer to scramble back into position. he critically failing to take time away from federer in any way besides placement.

You and others are in denial if you think Soderling is playing his A game, currently.
Who said he was playing his A game? Did they cover Reading Comprehension in your elementary school yet? Oh, I guess that's an advanced class...

And maybe Soderling's play is a) because of the pressure applied by Fed; b) the wind.

You just don't want to give Fed credit for how talented he his.

That racquet sure look likes a Youtek Prestige PJ (looks very red on my monitor, not the Radical orange). Any thoughts?

hmmmmmm ..... well, your analogy may or may not be accurate ....... i'll have to check whether Rafa got bageled ............ we both know soderling can play waaaaaaaay better than a bagel.
