Losing..........
On big point when im returning ill tap my racquet on the ground then spin then tap the spin the tap then spin until their service motion starts.
Tapping my wedding ring against the throat of my racquet while waiting to return serve.
Somebody is going to pop you.
Lucky for me, i keep my cellphone very close to me. I call 911 and my Lawyer at the same Time-you can get as much as $150,000 in damages with physical violence........lol
I frequently spin my racquet in my hands right before I hit certain balls. I never noticed how much until a friend pointed it out to me. I think it's a nervous habit.
Some times I talk to myself during a match. I usually repeat the same thing over and over to calm myself down - "just drills". I'm guilty of making my matches more than what they are and have to remind myself to play like I do in our weekly drills.
I have to have a baseball cap, regardless of the weather, or if I am playing indoors or at night, no cap, no play...
I use a Babolat AeroPro Drive Cortex, and I always make sure the white edge is at the top before I play any point.
I tug at the bottoms of my skirts a lot, as I am certain my butt is hanging out and no one told me.
I need help.

I'm a ball-sniffer too. When that smell hits my brain, it's like a shot of adrenaline. I'm ready for battle.
I'm a walking display of weird twitches and mannerisms.
Let's see.
Before each serve, I kick the toe of my right foot into the ground to start my service motion.
Before each serve -- now this is before the toe tap -- I tap the ground with my racket in the spot my toss should bounce if I don't hit it. If it is a big point, I will draw an X with my racket. On clay, the X will be in the right spot the next time I go to serve, which shows I am lining up in the exact same spot. I think this is cool.
I talk during points. There's the usual stuff -- "Bounce it!" -- but there are some weird ones too. Like a lob goes up: "You! No wait, I'm here, I'll get it. You stay there."

I do the same...I call out the score verbally before I hit my serve...
When serving, I bounce the ball behind the baseline with my Racquet (4) times, then I step up to the baseline to serve, and bounce it (3) times with my tossing hand, then I begin the service motion.....

I bounce the ball 3 times on first serve and 2 on second serve...
i'm 5 on first serves and 3 on second...
if my grip feels pretty slippery and i'm using tournagrip, i slightly spit on my dominant hand. i found it helped me grip better.
All this doom and gloom about ratings are taking over.
Here is a thread to have a bit of fun.
My tennis habit would be wiping the bottom of my shoes with my hands on important points. its pretty gross.
