I am having a mild TE. Actually I am in the recovery phase and I would say that now is much better.
I used to string fully poly (cyber flash) but now I am testing more arm friendly setups.
I am mainly using a frame with nat gut (gaucho) in the mains at 58lb and a soft poly (SpinX) in the crosses at 52lb.
It is very comfortable compared to full poly, and I am getting used to soft stringbed in therms of control.
Last night I've tried a setup with Spin-X in the mains (at 52lb) and Babolat X-cel in the crosses (at 54lb).
This last setup felt more arm-friendly and I don't understand why.
Is my feel biased by the fact that I played full poly for such a long time OR it is possible that poly in the mains with a soft string in the crosses can be more comfortable than gut/poly?
thank you in advance.
cheers
