Grip sizes women use?

With guys going to smaller grips, are the women following suit? There isn't much for them to go down. For example, if Nadal is using a 4 1/4 grip size, are women using 4 1/8 or are they using 4 1/4 too?

Mainly curious about Babolat sticks. This could be pros, league players, etc. And, if you use an over grip, then that makes the grip slightly larger too. What do you think/know?

Women hit nothing like men. Some guys use smaller grips to get more action and acceleration while whipping the racquet through the hitting zone.
