I've played with all of the Prestiges over the years. Of the MidPlus versions (MP=18x20 and Pro=16x19)
I like the YT MP better than the YT Pro.
However, I liked the MicroGel Pro much better than either of the YouTek.
With that said, of all of the MidPlus Prestiges. I like the iPrestige the best.
With all of these, I've first tried them without any added weight customization and either a 17g (usually on the 18x20) or 16g (usually on the 16x19) Multifilament strung, around 55lbs.
As far as adding lead tape:
Lead tape can be added inside the hoop instead of under the CAP grommets so you can experiment with what feels like at different positions without having to restring every time you want to add or subtract weight.
There are a lot of threads on customizing weight and how it changes the feel. It also depends on your hitting style. Some prefer the weight at the ends of the racket (called polarized setup), others prefer weight distributed throughout the frame (non-polarized). There are advantages to both. I like a somewhat polarized setup for serve and groundstrokes but prefer non-polarized for volleys. Adding weight and experimenting with string types/tensions can make any racket feel totally different. The possibilities are endless. At a certain point you got to stick with something and balance that with your skill level and playing style.
Good luck.
