Haas is actually back to an 18x20 as of a few days ago when he lost to Youzhny at the China Open in Beijing (although I think he outplayed Youzhny, just had some calls go against him and lost a couple key points). Here are some pictures I took. Pretty easy to see it's a PT57a 18x20 in IG paint.
FYI, if you can't read it, the pro stock code in the throat of his racket is "C091101"

Tommy Haas is the only one that comes to mind for me. Maybe also James Blake and Tommy Robredo

Actually...most of them. Many of them due to the fact that they either currently use, or previously used Prestiges.
A couple that changed to 16x19 recently have already been mentioned (Dimitrov by changing racquets, and Wawrinka by changing the pattern...and then the racquet all together. Wonder if the two changes were actually connected...i.e. if he knew he was going to yonex and changed his head racquet to get closer to what he knew he was going to use).
